Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PhotoFlowr for Gmail (“PhotoFlowr,” “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PhotoFlowr scans your Gmail for photo attachments and syncs them to your Google Photos library or Google Drive account. The Service requires you to authenticate with your Google account and grant specific permissions for Gmail read access and Google Photos/Drive write access.

3. Account & Authentication

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use PhotoFlowr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. PhotoFlowr authenticates via Google OAuth and never receives or stores your Google password.

4. Free Tier & Paid Plans

  • Free tier: All users can preview up to 50 photos at no cost, with no credit card required.
  • History Sync ($50 one-time): A one-time deep scan of your entire Gmail history.
  • Daily Sync ($60/year): Automatic daily syncing of new photo attachments. Billed annually. Cancel anytime.
  • History + Daily Sync ($90/first year, $50/year renewal): Both features combined at a discounted rate.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method. For subscription plans, billing recurs annually until you cancel.

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us at support@photoflowr.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account & Billing settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. Photos already synced to your Google Photos or Drive remain yours and are unaffected by cancellation.

7. Your Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. Key points:

  • We never read or store the text content of your emails.
  • We never store your photos — they go directly to your Google account.
  • We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PhotoFlowr for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the Service’s operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep PhotoFlowr available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

PhotoFlowr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
